Archana is a Founder Partner of VERTICES PARTNERS. Her specialization areas are
Corporate Commercial Law, Venture Capital and Private Equity Investments. She also has proven skill expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Strategic Acquisitions across multiple sectors.
Her professional experience extends to diverse sectors including inter-alia Financial Services, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Credit Information, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Education and Pharmaceuticals. Archana has represented Private Equity funds and Founders in matters concerning Investments and Multi-
National Companies in cross border transactions. Foreign Direct Investments, Outbound Investments, Joint Ventures, Technology Transfers and Commercial Contractual Aspects also form a core part of her expertise areas.
Archana has been featured in the Asia Legal Business (Thomson Reuters) 40 Under 40 List in
the Asia Pacific Region and the 40 under 40 Rising Star by Legal Era. She also got featured by
ALB in the Women In Law. She has been awarded as the Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 by
