Siddharth Raja, was an esteemed Senior Partner, who brought over 20 years of work experience to the Firm. His immense wealth of experience and specialization transcends into Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Exchange Law, and Regulatory Compliance.

Siddharth’s distinguished career is marked by accolades from prestigious national and international bodies, including Chambers & Partners, which has consistently recognized his global business acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional technical knowledge. Prior to joining VERTICES PARTNERS, Siddharth co-founded renowned firms such as Samvad Partners (2013), Saakshya Law (2019), and Narasappa,  Doraswamy & Raja (2006).  He also served as Senior Partner and National Executive Director at Argus Partners until 2016.

Siddharth’s international  experience includes tenure at O’Melveny & Myers in Hong Kong. A distinguished scholar, Siddharth holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the esteemed National Law School of India University (NLSIU), where he earned a Gold Medal. He furthered his academic pursuits with a Master’s in law from the University of Warwick Law School, supported by prestigious scholarships including the British Council & Foreign and Commonwealth Office Chevening, and J. N. Tata Scholarship. In addition to his legal practice, Siddharth is deeply engaged in academia, serving as a Visiting Professor at NLSIU, Jindal Global Law School, and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He shares his expertise as a Guest Faculty with esteemed institutions such as The Takshashila Institution and the  College of Supervisors (Reserve Bank of India), delivering lectures on various banking and regulatory subjects.
