Happi Planet Raises USD 2 Million [₹18 Crores] From Prath Ventures And Fireside Ventures In The Latest Funding Round

VERTICES PARTNERS represented its long-standing client Prath Ventures, as it invested USD 1 MN [₹9 Crores] in Happi Planet- A home care products maker, as it raised USD 2 Mn [₹18 Crores] in this latest round of fundraising. Fireside Ventures was the other investor in this round, which brought in the balance of the funding. The funds raised will be used to expand its product range, increase distribution, scale operations, and add talent across functions.

The transaction was led by Partner Vikrant Anand, along with a team that included Senior Associate Shagun Rathi Mittal, and Associates Ayushi Narayan, Hemant Srivastava, and Stuti Jain. Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic input.
