VERTICES PARTNERS advised its long-standing clients First Bridge India as it invested INR 70 Crores [USD 7.29 Million] of the INR 100 Crores [USD 10.4 Million] raised by Balwaan Krishi [Modish Tractoraurkisan Private Limited] in this Series B funding round. The round was led by First Bridge India, that also saw participation from other Institutional investors. The new capital will be deployed across three strategic priorities: expanding domestic manufacturing capacity, strengthening Balwaan’s dealer and service network across Southern India, and developing the next generation of farm equipment. The transaction was led by Partner, Vikrant Anand along with a team that included, Associate Manager, Sajal Jain and Associates, Liji Anna Thomas and Mansi Dixit.
