VERTICES PARTNERS represented its long-standing clients Abler Nordic Fund V KS and First Bridge India Growth Fund as it invested ₹150 Crores [USD 17MN]. This round was led by Abler Nordic, along with the participation from First Bridge India, while Berar Finance Limited’s first institutional investor made a partial exit. The fresh capital will be used to deepen Berar’s two-wheeler financing presence and expand its secured MSME loan portfolio.
