VERTICES PARTNERS represented its client Admaren Tech Private Limited as it entered into a joint venture with Hoppe Marine GmbH to set up a new company SecureLoad Systems Private Limited dedicated to modernizing vessel loading, stability assessment, and cargo planning across global fleets.
