Agrisure Fund Through Its Investment Manager NABVENTURES Limited Invests In Aquapulse (Pheonix Marine Exports and Solution Private Limited) In This Series A Fundraise

VERTICES PARTNERS represented its client NABVENTURES Limited as it invested in Aquapulse (Pheonix Marine Exports and Solution Private Limited) through AgriSure Fund, who have raised INR 25 Crores (US $2.6 million) in this Series A fundraise. The fund will be utilised for expansion and setting up of a state-of-the-art in-house processing facility, expanding its current farmer network from 6,000 plus to over 15,000 plus across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, and strengthening its technology stack. It is also investing in AI-led pre-and-post-harvest systems and its tech-led transparent pricing model.

The transaction was led by Partner, Vishal Mehta, along with a team that included Associate Manager, Nisha Dharod and Associate, Cashmira Poonacha.
