Navadhan Capital Private Limited has raised ₹111 crore from a Series A fundraise led by NabVentures. The round was co-led by Prime Ventures and also saw participation from LNB Group, and other existing investors: Varanium NexGen Fintech Fund, Gemba Capital, Faad, VC-Grid and Anicut. VERTICES PARTNERS advised agriTech startup DeHaat (Green Agrevolution Private Limited) on acquiring farm advisory platform AgriCentral from Olam Agri through a business transfer agreement. VERTICES PARTNERS represented DeHaat on this acquisition. VERTICES PARTNERS and Kaizen Law acted on HostBooks Limited’s $2.5 Million fundraise from Oranga Orbit LLP in Series A1 CCPS. VERTICES PARTNERS represented HostBooks on this transaction.
