VERTICES PARTNERS advised agriTech startup DeHaat (Green Agrevolution Private Limited) on acquiring farm advisory platform AgriCentral from Olam Agri through a business transfer agreement. VERTICES PARTNERS represented DeHaat on this acquisition. VERTICES PARTNERS and Kaizen Law acted on HostBooks Limited’s $2.5 Million fundraise from Oranga Orbit LLP in Series A1 CCPS. VERTICES PARTNERS represented HostBooks on this transaction. The transaction team consisted of Vikrant Anand (Partner), Prerna Bharthi (Senior Associate), Hemant Srivastava (Associate), Ayushi Narayan (Associate) and Liji Anna Thomas (Associates). HostBooks Kaizen Law represented the investor Orange Orbit on this transaction. This investment is a part of the a larger $15 million Series B funding round. Orange Orbit LLP has made a total investment of $5 million , of which the firm released the first tranche of $2.5 million. This funding will support HostBooks in expanding its AI-driven product offerings, strengthening its global reach, and bolstering its sales, marketing, and operations teams. VERTICES PARTNERS and Tempus Law advised Pennar Industries and Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses on their joint venture agreement for the manufacturing of solar modules. VERTICES PARTNERS represented Zetwerk, who is holding 50.1% stake in this JV. The companies signed an agreement on December 31, 2024, to form a new company focused on manufacturing and selling solar modules.
