Flipspaces Technology Labs Private Limited raised ₹250 Crores in the Series B Round Fundraise.

Flipspaces Technology Labs Private Limited, an interior design tech startup, has raised ₹250 crore from a Series B fundraise led by Iron Pillar India Fund II and saw participation from Synergy Capital Partners, as well as existing investors.

The transaction comprised both primary and secondary investments in the Company. As part of the secondary component, Carpediem Capital Partners, an existing investor, will make a complete exit from the Company in a staggered manner.

The funds will be utilized to accelerate Flipspaces’ expansion across India, the US, and the UAE, enhance its proprietary technology platforms, strengthen brand leadership, and explore inorganic growth opportunities in new geographies and adjacent categories.
