VERTICES PARTNERS represented it client Marico Limited as it acquired a majority stake in Cosmix Wellness Limited for INR 225 Crores [USD 24.8 million]. Marico Limited has currently acquired 60 percent with the remaining 40 percent will be acquired over a three-year period. Together, they will focus on accelerating their association journey, expanding into relevant adjacent wellness categories, and building a sustainable, profitable brand.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman and Partner, Vikrant Anand, along with a team that included Associate Managers, Nisha Dharod and Nishtha Khandelwal and Associate Stuti Jain.
