VERTICES PARTNERS represented it client Truva (Porch Technologies Private Limited) a PropTech Start-Up as it raised USD 8.6 Mn (INR 78 Crores) in this Series A funding round from Stellaris Venture Partner, Orios Venture Partner and otherangel Investors. The fund was divided into INR 61 Crores raised via equity fundraise and remaining INR 17 Crores through debt from Stride Ventures. The freshly raised funds will be deployed to fuel the startup’s expansion plans, and double down on its tech stack and product.
The transaction was led by Partner, Vikrant Anand, along with a team that included Senior Associate, Shagun Rathi Mittal, Associate Manager, Nishtha Khandelwal and Manan Kapoor, and Associates, Ayushi Narayan and Tushar Patial. Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman, provided strategic inputs.
