VERTICES PARTNERS represented it client Rangarajan Krishnan, as he acquired controlling stake in MSME Non-Banking Finance Company Prayaan Capital Private Limited. Rangarajan acquired the shares of all the existing shareholders and existing investors Accion Venture Lab LP Accion Africa-Asia Investment Company and Sub-K Impact Solutions Limited as they made a complete exit from the company. He also made part acquisition of shares of both the founders as well.
