VERTICES PARTNERS advised its client Curaa [Mojojojo Creators Private Limited] a New Delhi based Kitchen and Lifestyle Brand, as it raised INR 40 Crores [USD 4.18 Million] in a Series A funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital, Lumikai Fund, and Better Capital. The fresh capital will be used for product development, branding, and supply chain management, while also supporting its omnichannel expansion plans.
The transaction was led by Partner Vishal Mehta along with a team that included, Associate Manager Nisha Dharod and Associate Abhishikha Moyal. Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
