VERTICES PARTNERS represented its client Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited as it raised ₹240 Crores (USD 27.20 million) through a preferential issue of equity shares to funds advised by Convergent Finance LLP namely for Infinity Direct Holdings, Infinity Direct Capital and Infinity Partners II – Direct. As part of this round, funds advised by Convergent Finance LLP are to be invested for a 10.3% stake in the Company.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman, along with a team that included, Partner, Vishal Mehta, Senior Associates, Shagun Rathi and Amit Shekhar Associate, and Associate, Stuti Jain.
