VERTICES PARTNERS represented its long-standing client Aavishkaar Capital in its investment in Gnani.AI in this Series B fundraise. Existing investor Info Edge Ventures also participated in this round. The funds will be used to build agentic AI capabilities, multilingual and industry solutions, and strengthen its engineering and product teams to capture a share of the global enterprise voice AI market.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman and Partner Vikrant Anand, along with a team that included Principal Associate, Varun Kaka, Associate Managers Nisha Dharod, Manan Kapoor and Mitali Hakani, and Associate Tushar Patial.
