VERTICES PARTNERS represented it’s long- standing client Flipspaces Technology Labs Private Limited as it raised USD 15 Million from UAE based CE Invests Limited, Singapore based Panthera Growth Partners and Japan’s SMBC Asia Fund. This fundraise was in extension to the recent INR 300 Crores fund round to accelerate global expansion.
The transaction was led by Equity Partner, Vishal Mehta, along with a team that included Principal Associate, Varun Kaka, Associate Manager, Vidhi Shah and Associate Stuti Jain. Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
