VERTICES PARTNERS represented its long-standing clients Sugar Cosmetics [Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited] as it partnered with Myntra, the fashion ecommerce retailer in a joint venture to introduce Molten Beauty, a new skincare and makeup brand aimed at young Indian consumers.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner, Partner Vinayak Burman, along with Partner Vikrant Anand Principal Associate Varun Kaka, Senior Associate Anushree Pathak and Associates Srishti Singh and Jigar Mehta.
